Allergens EU vs FSANZ
Started by qui, Jul 14 2013 11:04 PM
Hi,
The legislation for the allergens labelling statements in EU has being changed, there will no longer be a “contains” panel at the bottom; and all allergens will be identified within the ingredient declaration, (highlighted). Is this compatible with FSANZ?
FSANZ and VITAL don't state "Contain Box" as compulsory as long as the label states all the allergens in bold.
Thanks!!
