SQF Audit Report - See what's ahead for your certification

Hello All,

One of our suppliers attached this as part of the supplier approval program. As you can see an auditor will perform alot of Employee interviews to validate your sqf program.  Seeing this audit report with a 86% was very insightful and has taught me alot inregards to verification and validation and just what exactly the auditor will be be looking for during his/her two day visit.

Just curious: did you get the supplier's approval to post their audit report online?

Ahhh, did the supplier, CB, and all of those who are named in the audit report give permission for this to be posted?  I think the post should be pulled.

Members are right, although interesting the audit report of another company cannot be posted on the forums without the suppliers express permission.  I have removed the audit report.

If you feel it aids discussion feel free to copy and paste relevant extracts of the report without reference to the company name.
