Hi, I am in need of some help. I am trying to develop a HACCP plan for animal feed. The feed mainly consist of ground corn with a few other ingrediants added. How should the plan look? What steps should I do first and then proceed to what next? Even a generic HACCP plan for animal feed would be a big help. Thanks

Hi,

Its  very vast.

You should proceed to a hazard analysis, identify CCPs, critical limits , monitoring activities, corrective actions , verification activities and documentation.

My company produces animal feeds and we have identified cooling and cooking steps as CCPs.

HACCP plan should be in a table format, frequencies of monitoring should be done.

Hello Mr dustishere,
