Is it required to Review the HACCP plan yearly?

Hi all,

 

is it a must to review HACCP plan, Hazard Analysis Worksheet and Decision Tree For Tube Ice yearly? If yes, anyway to poof that we have reviewed the plan? Thanks in advance

Yes you must review HACCP at least annually and if there is any change to the process.

 

You need to document that you have reviewed HACCP

How long have you docommented that you will be reviewing your haccp plan. If it is yearly then yes. But if there is no any changes during this review then you need to dicumment that you reviewed the plan but you found it is still valid. But if there is any change then you should show the changes.

     As Cazyncymru indicated, minimum yearly reassessment is required, plus any time you have a system change. Not sure where you are, but in the US, you are required to document all reassessments done, if your operation is covered by USDA FSIS. Also, under BRC you have to someone sign-off on the documentation.
