How do you guys clean and sanitize motor or electrical compartments(fully enclosed or partially enclosed) of food industry equipment like a large meat grinder, or silent cutter, or injector?

I use a sanitizer that evaporates on motor components and everything that comes apart around it gets a 5 step cleaning ..
Here in our bakery we use Alco Spray from Sanimarc
