Please advise if anyone has knowledge / experience with the sanitation of vegetables prior to further processing.

 

I am looking for guidelines and pointers.

"Vegetables" is a very wide scoped query. :smile:

 

If you try a little searching for "vegetables", I think you will find that there is considerable info. here on this topic.

 

Sanitisation options are  often regulated by local (or export) legislatory issues. And the availability- cost of low tech / high tech chemicals.

 

Further input is welcome of course.
