Is it ok to Separate Raw and RTE areas with a curtain?

I see FDA approved Wash down curtains - but wondering how the permanent curtain between a raw area  and rte would be viewed by SQF auditor.

What is a permanent curtain ? seems a bit of an oxymoron ? :smile:

Difficult to see how you manage to prevent contamination of the RTE area with just a curtain?
