FSSC 22000 Code Question
Hello all,
Some of you may recognize me from being all over the SQF section but I'm looking at a new job where a mill is going FFSC 22000 (if they were going SQF my life would be much easier) as such, and with little FFSC 22k experience I was wondering if the code is downloadable. I saw on the FFSC 22k website some guidance documents but nothing like SQF has on their site where the entire code can be downloaded.
Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Merle
That is correct unfortunately. I was unable to find a downloadable link to the FSSC 22000 specification. I did however manage to get a copy for free from the company that performs our Audits.
Sucky. I wanted to read up on it before my second interview so I knew more about it before I met the VP and Technical Director
Hi Merle,
Very little for free I'm afraid:

ISO 22000 checklist for small business CHF 38

I don't think I like to motives of a food safety standard that you need to pay to see... That's what I liked about SQF the standard is free on the site for anyone to download and see what the levels mean so if you don't have it and your going out to a supplier with it you can actually see what the entire code says...
Oh well.

Dear all,
FSSC 22000 contains a complete certification scheme for Food Safety Systems based on existing standards for certification (ISO 22000, ISO 22003 and technical specifications for sector PRPs).
The FSSC scheme requirements and regulations are presented in four separate Parts which you can free obtain via www.fssc22000.com under downloads.
Part I contains the requirements of the food safety system and guidance on how to apply for certification
Part II the requirements for providing certification, including the regulation for the CBs and for the harmonization committee
Part III the requirements for providing accreditation including the regulation for the ABs
Part IV the regulations for the Board of Stakeholders
