Requirements for the in-company training
Hello everyone!
Is there a PowerPoint presentation for the in-company training I cant find or can you tell me what it definitely has to contain?
My presentation now has:
-General information about BRC
-Personal and company hygienic-requirements
-Work Wear including How to care, wash and transport
-When to wear beard- and hairnets
-Washing hands (Before and after Work, break)
-Wearing jewelry and accessoirs, nails, piercings, clocks, chains, earrings, cellphones
-what to do when your hurt
-Eating, drinking, smoking -not allowed in production
-Pest control
-Where to put the equipment (Broom etc.)
-containment of more risks like glass- brittlebreak, metalcontamination,...
-Visitors
Thats about it....Thanks for any opinion/thought/help

Normally, 'induction training' should include 1) bried information about the company (e.g. organization chart, location / layout, products produced in the company, etc.), 2) company policies and rules, 3) GMP and SSOP, and 4) basic requirements of the standards that the company certificated or planned to certificate(e.g. HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, BRC, SQF, etc.)
During this 'induction training', it will be good to cover all topics e.g. personnel hygiene rules, health condition - illness/accident report, food defense (restricted areas for only authorized person), allergen, incidents/emergency handling,and work safety.
It might not need to be too detail during the induction training, but at least all workers who worked in the food industries should know or aware of all requirements. However, specific groups of people (based on responsibility) will be subjected for extra training in detail for certain topics.

I mean a BRC/IoP training for all employees what is needed for the certification.
So what I need are the (4)) Basic requirements the employees should know and what they have to do.(e.g. transport of work clothing only in provided bags)
