CCP/OPRP Decision Tree

Dear All,
Hope you all will be good and well.
Please share decision tree to identify CCPs & OPRPs as per requirements in ISO 22000:2005.
Is this necessary to use any specific decision tree for ISO 22000:2005 or can any decision tree be use in ISO 22000:2005.

You can use any tree which complies with the requirements of the ISO22000 standard, eg section 7.4.4

I just went trough a FSSC 22000 audit and used the codex tree but adding the missing criteria of item 7.4.4 in the haccp plan. Moreover in the food safety manual a template that explained how every part of 7.4.4 clause was analized using that tree. The auditor said that was clear enough.
