Fabric Gloves cleaning and sanitation

We are currently using fabric gloves are used to handle hdpe bottles after a hot fill process.  

I would like to clean and sanitize these gloves but cannot think up of a method, that would be cost effective and not labor intense.

How to you deal with non disposal gloves?

We use non-disposable cotton gloves for non food contact tasks in bakery environment. We do a bleach wash for these and then dry. You can validate the process by conducting some swab tests before and after wash to indicate that the wash is effective.
