Hygienic, which country do you want to learn and work and which segment of the food industry do you want to work in.  If you want to be a certification body auditor for example the educational route would likely be different than if you wanted to be a food safety manager.  If you can be clear on the end goal you have in mind then members can be more specific with advice on the best path to take.

Thanks Simon,

Just advise on food safety manager exam and the profit as well.

regards

So you are interested in becoming a food safety manager.

What do you mean by profit - the cost of the training course?

Yes. that is what I am looking for, benefit after getting the course or after.being certified.

Thanks again for your help.
