Allergen control in distribution warehouse

I need some assistance on finding allergen control requirements for a distribution warehouse.  I have identified my products containing allergens, segregated them, wrote a cleaning SOP for possible spills and am working on a coding system when they arrive, but am being told that there's no requirement for warehousing just manufactering and I'm wasting my time.  Can someone provide some insight on where I can find an FDA requirement as my searches are coming up empty.  Thanks in advance.

Oh may, there certainly are allergen requirements when it comes to warehouses. A recent look on the FDA website showed bunches of violations having to do with miss-management of allergens in warehouses.
