What is the HACCP standard PE-197-CA-01 - in relation to wipes used in food industry?

Anyone has suggestions on wipes suitable for the food industry - Need to be lint free, food grade.

It appears to refer to an evaluation carried out by  HACCP Australia. Regarding specific contents - no idea .
