I need to do a risk assessment and am looking for a template?

Hi,

 

I need to do a risk assesment and am looking for a template to start this from. It will be a food safety assesment however any sort of risk assesment template will really help me get started...anyone able to share one with me please ???

There are probably between a hundred and a thousand of them on this forum. :smile:

 

But you need to give more info., ie context,  to get a relevant reply.

 

Or just type in the search box - "risk asessment"

IMHO if you use a template you may miss out things that are specific to your process flow. I suggest to create brand new one. Once completed compare it to other ones that are similar to your processes, this way you can improve yours.
