Do I need to submit a registration renewal to FDA if our company have already submitted a registration to FDA before? If needed, how to renew? When we need to renew? Thank a lot for helping me.

Facilities are required to re-register every 2 years. The re-registration period is from October 1 to December 31 in even numbered years.

Our OMB Expiration Date is 8/31/2016.
Is it that mean I need to re-registration during this period (2014/10/1-2014/12/31)?

I'm not sure what the OMB Expiration Date is, but I would suggest that if it expires in August of 2016, you should re-register during the registration period this year.

1. how to change email address? I wonder if I can change email in the FFRM Update Facility Registration page.
2.Our facility have been relocated two years ago. We have two account now. How could we do now? Cancel the old location account? How to cancel it? Do we have got into trouble from FDA if we cancel it? We scared FDA will cancel our two account or hold our product if they discover we got two account.
