Production and packing of rice etc

Hi
We have started looking into production of rice, quinoa, cous cous etc and I would be interested in talking to others that have had similar experience, especially in modified atmosphere packing. I am based in the UK with national sales only so wouldn't have any commercial conflicts with those from other countries.
If anyone is willing in sharing experiences, please let me know.
