Hello
I have been receiving the email updates for this forum for a while and finally decided to introduce myself. I am currently the Quality Control Manager for pork slaughter plant (about 2 years) and am very involved in our BRC certification (just passed our second audit). I have previously worked at a cooked foods facility for 12 years. I have viewed a few of the threads and am looking to get a bit more involved in the discussions.
