Please inform regarding product/process/any particular certification standard involved. It increases the probability of getting relevant responses.

Basically, the (air monitoring) requirement typically involves designing/implementing a  level of filtration required for an appropriately "clean" environment plus carrying out tests such as "settle" plates to validate/verify the microbiological effectiveness.
