Hello Laine,
IMEX, we should have proper skills and knowledge on GMP, good training programs and the most important thing is full commitment from top management to implement GMP.

HACCP is correct forum ? No problem, just curious if the GMP is standalone or within a haccp system.
Do you mean (1) how to implement an existing GMP system or (2) how to (produce and implement) a GMP system ?
If No.1 then previous post is a good starter.
