I am looking for the equivalents of the NSF food equipment standards for various international countries - in particular Russia and Vietnam. Does anyone have any information?

EDEHG maybe for hygiene aspects but probably not for the 2 countries you mention.

There are a lot of standards, norms and recommendations in Russia but all in Russian language only.
