Our company only manufactures food contact packaging (plastic) and we are trying to become AIB certified.  Being that all we deal with is plastic do we have to worry about allergens and the documentation that goes with it.

Dear paconmatt,

Yr OP is a raw material / xcontamination ( =  process) question. Via risk assessment.

So does yr plastic exhibit any allergenic characteristics ? Or susceptible to allergenic contamination ?

if not, i guess "no case to answer".
