Hi guys, my protein powder (source from bird's nest) doesn't dissolve well in room temperature, any ingredients can boost the solubility?? My current formulae include maltodextrin, fruit powder & fructose.

Thanks

dear elvast,

you can try to dry mix first with your ingredient before dissolve it, the purpose of this treatment is to make protein "react" with other ingredient and if other ingredient dissolve, protein will be do the same act. Actually protein need more base (pH > 7) and more high tempertaure to dissolve well, and if this treatment cannot solve yor problems, you can try to increase your pH to 8 and increase temperature to 55oC.
