Swab standards/limits after cleaning of food contact surface

Could anyone guide me, we are looking for swab standards/limits after cleaning of food contact surface has been finished.
we are doing validations of cleaning and it is one of the important aspect to have limits/standards for APC and coliform

i think that would depend largely on what type of food product is being produced, whether RTE etc, and the potential for contamination.

Yr query is rather ambiguous. I presume you mean swab limits for NZ for unspecified surfaces (tables, urns ??)
IMEX, the milk industry in general tends to go for the more strict options for swab limits, eg < 100/cm2, sometimes <<.

thank you Chris for the reply. i would clarify it further. we are doing validaitons of all the tanks, milk silos, and other dairy equipments which processes milk and milk products after CIP. i am looking for limits for swabs in NZ as you mentioned for these equipements if available.
I also appreciate if someone can give the reference document for the same. as ISO 18593 doesnt contain the standard limits for swab results.
