Fining aids with casien considered an allergen?

I just want to know if there is wineries that treat their additives which contain products like potassium casienate as an allergen?  Some people say that when it is a fining it is not considered an allergen because the product is taken out of the wine?  I have done some analysis on tanks treated with products containing potassium casienate vs tanks treated with a control product and the results for both were negative for potassium casienate content.

We have done a similar test where the maximum dosis of casein was added to the wine and no residual milk allergen was detected in the wine after filtration.

Egg/milk allergens need not be declared on the label if the wine has tested negative for the presence of these residual allergens using a technique with a detection limit

It will depend on your customers.  Some European supermarkets want you to label if you have used them and some only if they can be detected. Canada wants it labelled, it is not law in the US but the suggestion is it wont be long.  In Australia we have been labelling milk and egg for years and our consumers are used to it, thankfully isinglas is exempt.
