Risk Assessment, Lunchroom>Process room

Good Day;

 

In the process of changing a current lunchroom to a process room.   What would be the best way to document the changes, additions of equipment, structure and control of risks.

I have a form called a change management form. Its more geared towards production changes, but I've posted it here so that you can do what you want to with!

Nice analysis. Important RA IMO but typically totally ignored by Top Mngt. until it's too late.
