Can you tell us which section/area of focus?

What type of audit would that be? GMP? IQA? HACCP?

For monthly audits, we only conduct the GMP and Glass/ Breakables Audit.

If you'll be specific, i can share a sample checklist.

Not sure if that is high risk or low risk.?

If you have a copy of the standard, that effectively acts an audit checklist for most people.

There may be other more individual checklists (aka internal audit form) on the forum (can't remember).

Personally (since i don't have standard)  I just looked/found on google for an actual audit sample (quite numerous) which usually have a representative audit  checklist detailed within them. (Cannot post one here as is frowned upon since copyright sort of.)

There also used to be, I think, a Packaging self-questionnaire on BRC website, = generic audit check-list
