Post-operational checklists for sanitation and GMP

I am trying to come up with production checklists for shutdown so that operators know exactly what things they need to do after production for sanitation and good manufacturing practices. 

Does anyone have any examples of post-operational checklists?

It likely depends on what you are shutting down unless a very generic answer such as "follow the operator's manual" is usable.

Thanks.  Maybe this will clarify what I am looking for.

For instance,

End of Week Activities

1. Clean all external surfaces by foaming fillers, tanks and conveyors.
2. Wash down floors.
3. Foam steps and spot clean walls to remove product splashes/stains.
4. Clean lap top cabinet.
5. Clean the large trash rolling bins/dumpsters.
6. Clean all supporting machinery/equipment (scales, stands/tables, external surfaces of homogenizers/pumps, underneath and around palletizers, de-palletizers, tanks, perimeters or glue pots).
