Dear TonyC,

 

Thanks for this fascinating document.

 

One comment IMO as to it contents, notably regarding raw/RTE issues is that I think that some of the details will make BRC weep. Or perhaps it's more a result of the flexibility of the law and the intended audience.

 

Personally I think it would have been "salutary" to initially provide a link to the Wales, E.coli disaster to illustrate the consequences of ignorance/neglect.
