Does anyone have Canadian Microbial Standards/Levels?
Does anyone have Canadian Microbial standards (i.e.: levels, range) for Coliforms, E Coli, TPC, etc.) for food contact surfaces. In order to do corrective actions against swabs analytical results I would like to have a reference to base internal acceptance levels.
I only skimmed this thread below but check this out and see if it gets you going in the right direction.

(I did not see any reference to general,official, Canadian Guidelines at time of my survey but they may exist).
