Food Safety Awareness Posters

Anyone out there have some creative signs or posters they use for different pre-req program awareness such as allergen segregation, GMPs, etc. that they would be willing to share?  Allergen segregation is what we are currently working on specifically and I'd like to use posters to help with awareness of the production floor.

We've used a couple of those in our facility, I think.  With GMP's it's difficult to encompass everything in a poster but I thought the last one kind of summed it up.

Good Afternoon - I also like to use posters and visual aids but have a hard time finding the resources.  NFSMI has some simple posters that you can print.  I have attached the link, http://nfsmi.org/Res...view.aspx?ID=74 , hopefully it will work for you.  Clement Communications is a company that you can purchase food safety and personal safety posters and training materials from.  We also have used our employees' creativity for ideas.  We have had contests for them to submit posters in which they received a prize and we then posted them for the other employees to see.  Some other options are table tents and mini-contests like a word-find, crossword puzzles or trivia challenges that the employees submit the form and are entered into a drawing for a prize, as long as their entries were correct. - I hope this information helps you some.

Some of the simple signs we have generated ourselves for GMP's, (hand washing reminders etc) we have recently printed using 5 different colors of paper and have been switching them every week or so. It is the same sign but a different color hoping to counter the 'familiarity blindness' that seems to set in with most signs.
