FYI, I don't know if this has been posted before, but around slide 70 things get interesting, food safety wise, also it's pretty to look at.  Silly woman, and their beliefs about food with Salmonella not being sfe.

Yeah, huge PDF, all shiny infographics that take up a page on their own . Def only pgs 70 - 90 are about food safety, the rest is all gross HSE /Health stuff
