Product release procedure for product in continuous flow?

Good day all.

 

What about the product release procedure for product in continuous flow not in batches like flour or rice ? specially when product is delivered to customers on as soon as packed ....... :secret: ?

Dear Waqas,

 

The typical procedure is to define a "batch", eg by time.

 

The control (or lack of) depends on how much of a gamble you wish to make. :smile:
