Risk Assessment Table/Matrix

We are Spice processing & packing company & we are in process of implementation of FSSC 22000 & working on FSSC 22000 documentation. For Hazard analysis, we need Risk Assessment Table/Matrix with reference to proceed our hazard assessment. If anyone of you have the mentioned matrix, then kindly share, if possible.

Do you mean you want a blank template example of a risk matrix ?

There are probably > 1000 of these on this forum ? The typical basic matrix for fssc22000 is the same as for traditional haccp, eg ranging from 3x3 to 5x5, up to you.
