Greetings from Central California

Hello Everyone!

I'm a Quality Assurance Manager for an ice cream company in Modesto, CA.  I'm a former USDA Food Inspector and Consumer Safety Inspector, but I decided to try out the green grass on the other side of the fence. ;)  I'm glad to be amongst a group of individuals with similar duties and responsibilities.  If anyone has a question related to USDA FSIS inspection, please feel free to ask.  I will do my best to answer.  I'm sure I will be asking you guys questions every now and then, too.

I am sure I will be making use of your knowledge - I am working in a manufacturing plant in PA and we are looking to introduce a number of meat containing products which will require USDA inspection.
