Hi everyone!

I'm looking for inputs that I could use for my Hazard Analysis for Service providers. Is there a decision tree that I could use for this kind of analysis? Service providers that I would like to include are Third Party Laboratory, Pest Control Providers, Man power and Trucking Services.

Thanks.

What you need to use is the concept of Risk Management; you can use the ISO 31000 standard as reference, and particularly you could use the PHA tool (Preliminary Hazard Analysis)
