What is a Finished Product Specification?
We are currently pursing SQF and we are in the beginning stages for a printing company that would makes flexible packing.
Am I reading the guidance Module 2 correctly? It states that "The supplier must develop a written finished product specification for each product or group of similar products"
What does that mean exactly can anyone give an example of what that would look like?

From the start of your processing to when it is considered ready for shipment: list what materials you use and their tests/check, list what operations are used and their tests/checks, and this should align with a positive release program (hold, process further, OK to ship).
Hi there,
Please see attached of what could be requested in a finished product specification.
Hope you find this useful.
Hrm, I don't think it attached first time round... let's try that again...

Thank you, JAKMQA. I spent hours filling in a questionnaire today (BRC) from a customer. The question of product specification was asked. Your sample explains it perfectly.
You're most welcome. Glad it could help.
