Seeking advice for hazard analysis of inkjet coding
I have drafted hazard analysis for my product and i have uploaded here..appreciate if you can input u all comments here. Tks. Btw, i have no idea for the inkjet coding step, does anyone have idea on this?

Unless it's due to my pc, yr file seems to be a fragment (6 steps) relating to some unknown product/process. The columns seem to lack titles.
Clarify ?

I agree with Charles. There is no legend to know what the letters and numbers mean (D, E, 4, 2, 21, 12) and there are no column titles.
Also you shouldn't say "Physical: Foreign material ex Hair" and then say there are no employees involved. If there is an actual physical hazard you should address that otherwise you should say "None".
[Edited: I just saw it's for "Inkjet Coding" so I'm going to leave this here but it probably doesn't apply] You should have receiving before storage and you should have distribution after final inspection if you are receiving in raw materials or ingredients and shipping out a product. I don't know where this is in your system because there is no flow chart and there is always the possibility it is a "middle step" in your production flow.
Just some thoughts off the top of my head.

Can you confirm what product this is please Carine.
Sometimes with coding there is a microbiological hazard if the product is durable and you put the wrong code on it.

Where does the inkjet occur in your process? Are we talking on the junior case or the master case? If it happens on the junior case is there a possibility that the inkjet can get directly onto the product if not packaged before this step? I would consider this a chemical hazard. More than likely the ink you're using is flammable. Is it stored in a yellow cabinet with its SDS?
