US/FDA Pureed Baby Food Regulations?

Good Morning!

I was looking to see if anyone has any quick guidance links or info on guidelines for pureed baby food in the US. Currently we manufacture hummus and other dips but ownership is looking to co-pack for a baby food company. Our obligation in production would be to steam, puree (pH < 4.6), cup, seal, and then send to a HPP plant to be kill-stepped. Shipping would occur from the other plant.

I believe we have to redefine our facility as a baby food manufacturer with the FDA but is anyone aware of anything else? Baby food scares the hell out of me from a liability standpoint and i need to present the risks to ownership before they move forward with contract negotiations.

Thanks for any help!
