Does your CB provides you an audit report?

Today I have learned that a competitor certification body (CB) does not send reports to their customers.

The customers of this CB needs to download the reports from BRC directory or IFS portal themselves.

The CB I work for send the report per mail (pdf file) to the customers.

How does your CB provides your audit report?

Would you accept if you have to download it yourself from BRC directory and/of IFS portal (or comparable for any other standard)?

We are SQF and our CB does send the completed report. 

We are FSSC and we get an audit report from our CB.

I'm BRC and I get it from my CB

With regards to other audits, our policy is not to pay until we get the report.

My Clients have BRC and get a report from their CB.

Our CB provides the report to us.  But it would be nice if it was available online so I could send my customers one link that's updated annually (like how Kosher ID works - one link.  Never have to bother a supplier, just log on to the website)

That's good to know.  We are getting ready to select a new CB and I will now ask that question.  In the past we have always gotten a report from the CB and/or had access from their website.  Don't like the idea that I have to go the agency to get a report. 

For BRC the CB sent me the audits

Used a different CB where I'm at now for SQF and they also sent me the report as well but also have it available through a portal.
