I have read a lot about declaring allergens but, I'm still confused.  Can you have spices on your label which include mustard seed and state Contains Mustard Product under the list of ingredients?

Any help would be great

Hi

You will need to declare the mustard seed in your ingredients declaration - depending on the amounts you could decalre as "spices (including mustard seed)".

If it is going to Canada it needs to reflect the Canadian allergens.  If there is any possibility of it being there even if in a very small about--declare it.  If product is staying in the US, mustard is not necessary.
