Hi All,

We are a meat processing plant. When staff are setting up the meat grinders in the morning they use a soft head hammer to insert the knife blade inserts into the knife blade holder, looks similar to.

The problem is that the hammer they use quite quickly starts to get damaged and needs replacing often.

I was just wondering if this is an issue other people have come across and whether there may be a better tool for the job?

Appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide.

I can see why they use the hammer, but am curious what does Speco recommend for installation?  Since it is designed for meat, they have to be aware of the challenge of a soft headed hammer.
