Nutritional Testing Schedules - Is there a minimum?

Hello.

I haven't logged on for a while. Hope you are all well.

We process foods for various customers and set schedules according to what they require. However, for our smaller customers we are trying to look at legislation for packed products to reduce this testing to the minimum required.

Does anyone know where I could find guidance on frequency of nutritional testing? Is there a minimum, or once you have got nutritional analysis results, is there a requirement to keep testing if the recipe doesn't change?

Many thanks

Pops

We review along with the rest of the spec annually, and do a full nutritional every two unless, there's a change to the recipe or ingredients.
