How would I verify my HACCP Plan for new product?
Do I have to maintain some checklist for new product verification and validation?
What points should be checked during verification?
Please help me understand or provide me any template for the checklist.

Hi! Do you have a HACCP plan for other items you produce? What is it you make?
There is no template to apply to HACCP since almost every process is different from every other process. You may have some success doing a search on this site under HACCP plans, but since no one knows what you make, we're not going to know your process.
Assuming you have an existing HACCP plan, you can use something like the template that I have attached. This is what we use for any new materials or new products. PRIOR to the run, we complete this form and review as a team.
Essentially what it is doing is reviewing raw materials and packaging, and Processing requirements that are new, to see if they will fit under the scope of your current HACCP plan. If they do not, than a hazard analysis must be completed for the item that does not fit.
If you could expand on your situation a little more, I'd be glad to offer more insight. If you are fluent in HACCP and Hazard Analysis' then the form may explain all you need.
