Looking for advice on P.M. software in sugar plant

Hi all,

We have out grown using excel spreadsheets to handle repairs, PMs, inventory and I am looking for some good suggestions on software programs that handle all of these items. I come from an automotive background and I am very familiar with integrated systems that involve inventory control and work order assignments on the car dealership level. I am not familiar at all with plant level software programs, so I am looking for what software you've used, and why you like or do not like it.

We are a sugar refinery. I need a program that handles inventory of maint/pm parts as well as schedules of PM's and work orders.

Thanks in advance for any helpful advice!

I am looking forward to this information as well.

Our site uses FaciliWorks.  They had an earlier version, and they looked at several when that was no longer being supported, but they decided to continue.  Their feedback is that this version is easy to use.

Hey there,

We use a software program called AMMS for short, created by a company out of California called MicroWest. We have been using it for over 20 years now and really like it. At first we just used it for PM's and inventory of parts but then we started using it for Work Orders and just about anything else related to our Maintenance needs. Here is the website:

If you need an other information just let me know.
