I am preparing for an AIB audit next week and am in need of an allergen control template if anyone has one please. We have numerous allergen type policies such as GMP and transferring of allergens but, nothing comprehensive. It is greatly appreciated.

Dear taste maker,

Is a "template" the same as a SOP ?

If so, there are 2-3  on this forum. But maybe depends on AIB's specific requirements.

Dear Taste Maker,

There is also SOP-type material (matrices)  elsewhere here regarding processes where lines are intermittently running products with different allergens. The (necessary or otherwise) sanitation aspect is typically handled via changeover matrices. Can add some cross-link for these examples  if yr process has such interest.
