Just curious who everybody uses for their colour coded utensils?

We use nelson jameson but I had note left on my desk today after I forgot the invoice in the coffee room and the boss saw the cost of these utensils.

To paraphrase the note said "find something cheaper"

so who do you guys get your supplies from, in Canada preferably?

I too would be interested to know of others, as they are far and wide used and are comparable on cost.

Hi,

Ecolab has a division separate from their chemical division that has color-coded utensils. It is their food safety, specialty division. http://www.ecolab.co...ety-specialties, formerly Day Dots.

Carlisle /Sparta Brush is a great source. http://www.carlislefsp.com/

Weber Scientific caters to the Dairy industry, but has some of the best deals on universal color coded items and lab stuff. http://www.weberscientific.com/

Bunzl is great for free shipping if you spend $350.00 or more. https://www.bunzlpd.com/

All of these above have seasonal promotions, catalogs, bulk discounts, free shipping with certain criteria met. Some items are best procured from the one with the best deal. I shop all 4 and play one against the other.

thanks everybody, I was in the same boat with rs quality about pricing and shipping but Bunzl seems to be a good option. their shipping center is not terribly far away with some cheaper prices.

I agree with Snookie......http://www.rsquality......consistentlythe best pricing and they carry the major brands you are looking for. Great to work with also.

yes rs is a good company but after 1600 miles of shipping and the conversion on American to Canadian dollars a 15$ brush turns into a 45$ brush fairly quick.

I had a door to door broom salesman drop buy actually and he sells this stuff (surprising that's a profession)
