SQF Templates

Does anyone have templates they have used for SQF auditing. I am a secondary food packaging company and we are just starting our SQF certification. I am having some difficulty figuring out where to begin. Anything anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

I could be wrong, but I think Brian may be asking about templates specifically for SQF auditing and not a complete system.  If this is correct then there are free resources available >>here<<
