SL series Low profile LED Strip Light for food industry

Hi

 

I am wondering if anyone has ever used these types of lights? If so, what are your thoughts, have you any issues? Are auditors fine with these? Here is a link:

We are looking at this type of led light in enclosed diffuser. The bulbs themeselves are plastic and not glass and so no greater risk that the housing itself. Will be included obviously of hard plastic register and locations are low risk.

would these lights be suitable in a QA Lab environment where color is being visually evaluated?

I would be careful in the choice of bulb for QA purposes as LED have different colour outputs and can be described as yellowish or bright white. Need to look at colour temperature and lumens to see if appropriate. The ones we have do cast a slight yellowness and so would skew your results.
