Revised FSIS Guidelines for New Technology

In case any of you submit new technology/ingredients/procedures requests to FSIS, the procedure has been revised. Attached are the guidelines.

They also recently revised the Directive on Safe and Suitable Ingredients Used in the Production of Meat, Poultry and Egg Products, Dir 7120.1 .
